Through participatory and co-creative organisational analyses and development designs, we create resilient foundations for necessary adjustments and new, jointly supported, more constructive patterns of change. What can (not) thrive in the given environment? Which future interests may need different “soil conditions” and synergetic neighbourhoods in order to grow?

All my personnel and organisational development designs are oriented towards the design principle of sustainability. Rhythm replaces power, which is why I focus on rhythm and rituals instead of routines.
